I've been coming to this place for years for used car parts. You bring your own tools, they give you a list and a map, and you go parts hunting. Their prices are very fair and they have a 30 day exchange policy if the part doesn't work or is the wrong one. The yard is clean and well picked up and the check in/out area is clean and well maintained. Definitely a great place to get parts on a budget.

Been going for a few years now and my recent trip has changed a 5 star rating to a 2. Here's a few reasons why I have it 2 stars.
1. There are several lots full of vehicles. You can now only access the main lot unless you have supervision. Understandable for safety reasons but cars are rarely swapped out into the main lot.
2. Being a car audio enthusiast I enjoy looking for decks, wire, and speakers. Before the cars make it out to the main lot all of that is pretty well stripped by workers. They sell some at the front area but its laughable. I would spend hundreds of dollars there if they wouldnt take it all out.
3. Touching more on the 1st part. Another reason why they restrict the other lots is because of stealing. Understandable, it happens at every business. The prices are so low on these parts how can somebody even steal enough for the company to be worried?? Most expensive part is usually the engine and I doubt anyone could do that without being detected.
All in all it never used to be like this. To access other lots all you would need is signed permission with the request you take no parts that would not allow the vehicle to move. Now you only have access to about 50% to inventory.

Purchased used tires at Coultas today. The two tire techs, Marty I believe, and a short scrawny guy who says his step dad owns the place, are ripping people off. BE AWARE!!! They run distractions to get your attention off the tires you purchased then will switch them with tires you didn't select which can be dangerous because those tires their switching could be faulty and unsafe. I would have never known this illegal practice was going on if oh' Marty hadn't left the like-new tire I'd picked out sitting on a stack of tires next to my car. I bent the corner of the inventory card attached to the tire to easily locate it again as the customer has to pick out his/her own tires. I'd love to share the rest of the details here but time is short. Pretty sure these two don't represent the whole of Coultas but BE MINDFUL AND WATCHFUL PEOPLE WHERE EVER YOU SHOP. Especially the used tire shop at Coultas!

Awesome place to get used parts! They have came along way in the 30 years i have been going to Coultas. Staff is super friendly and very helpful!
