If I could rate this place a negative number I would. I don’t how anyone could rate this place anything more a zero. First of all the old guy at the front has no customer service etiquette. He was making a mess on my toes and I asked him to fix it and he started arguing with me. Another lady had to finish my toes. She cut up my cuticle skin with the efile. Nonetheless, she tried her best. Secondly, I had the worst gel set in my entire life. The pictures I attached will tell the story. The lady, Cecelia, cut off all my nails saying they are thin then proceeded to put on a full set of gel x, which I did not request and she did a horrible job. I also had them do a polish on my little girl’s nails and the same woman that cut my toe cuticle skin with the efile also used the efile and cut my daughter’s cuticle skin. It was a complete “hell in a handbag experience!”

Absolutely love this place!! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. As a college student, finding a good place that’s affordable is tough, but Ultra Nails is by far the best in quality and price. The staff is so kind while so professional. I was so happy with my nails! They also have a lot of good deals that I’d recommend people to check out!

Love ultra so much would never go any where else they are the sweetest people and they always listen and help in any way they can. And the pictures show how amazing Cecilia’s nail art is. My whole family enjoys going here!

Found towards the end of my stay in Atlanta area but so so so glad I found them. The first two times the owner did my nails and I found a style I was in love with that I hope I'll be able to find when I move. The last time I went I had one of her lovely employees do my set. Not only is Ultra affordable, its one of the most comfortable places I've been. The wife is so helpful and even helped me to choose my colors each time. This is the only place I've been able to go to and get my nails the shape and length I want as well.
If I can't find a place where I move I might just take the 5 the drive just to come back here.

Cecilia is the sweetest and always does so good she helped my nails grow without breaking as well🤍
