I went on a Thursday afternoon and it was pretty busy. I was able to be seated right away and then it fell apart. The person I had was timing her self. she set a timer for 30 minutes, and wanted to be done before the timer went off, that made me mad, felt like I was being rushed and she wanted to get the next person in the chair. I had broken same nail before I got there, and ask her to file them slightly and shape them. 6 out of the 10 she file down to almost no nails, and four of them are long. she was joking about how they look from short to long, again making me mad. Then came the gel polish, she was not paying attention to how many coats of polish she was putting on. Some nails have 4 coats of polish, some have 3, and I know of 2 nails that only have 2 coats on. and now it is Monday and three nails have no polish on them. I will not be returning back to this nail salon.

when i first got my nails done, they looked great. 2 weeks went by and they began to break off. after they all came off i have an extremely painful feeling in one of my fingers. i then discovered it was a nail fungus that i got from them using dirty tools on my nails. i do not recommend this nail place.

I went on a Sunday and it was pretty busy. The spa is very clean and well decorated. It was my first time coming to this salon. I made an appointment for nails, a gel manicure. The staff was friendly but everything felt rushed and not relaxing at all. I'm used to getting a hand and forearm massage with this type of service, (which is the best part of getting a manicure). The technician spent less than 2 minutes on both hands and forearms with the massage portion. I understand that they were busy, however, the last spa/salon I frequented before our move, though was busy as well felt more relaxed and I felt taken care of. Not just a number and hurried on my way.

I just moved to Bristow, VA, last fall 2016, and have been looking for a great local salon. I was optimistic when I visited US Nails last Wednesday evening for a gel manicure. (I get pedicures and gel manicures at least once per month, and my gel manicures always last me at least 12 days before any chipping starts.) I got my nails done with Tammy on a Wednesday night, and by Friday afternoon 2 of my nails had already started chipping. By Sunday, 4 of my nails were chipped! I don't doubt Tammy's work, as I think she is a good technician, but it definitely makes me wonder what quality products this salon is using for a gel manicure to being chipping within 2 days! To pay almost $35 for a gel manicure that should last two full weeks, I will definitely be taking my business to another salon and do not plan to visit here again. A complete waste of time and money.
