New to the area and was looking for a regular nail place. Clearly, this place is NOT it. My daughter and I both got gel manicures, which usually last us about 3 weeks. Within 5 days, we both had the polish peeling off in large pieces. I went back and showed them and they re-did it and promised it would be better -- but the owner Jennie had the nerve to ask for another $25! It is now 4 days later and it is peeling off once again. Clearly they are using inferior products or techniques -- or both. And their customer service is appalling. Will not return.

John gives me a great pedicure... Diva Nails & Spa takes credit cards and gives waxing and massages. It is very clean

Had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. The pedicure water for each individual my group of 4 was cold. I told the woman I had a spider bite on my knee when she was scrubbing my legs and she proceeded to point at my eyebrow ring (?) laugh, and start scrubbing the spot that was bitten. Then I moved over to get my manicure by the same woman, who from my understanding is the new manager. I tried to adjust my hand because it was getting stiff and uncomfortable and she grabbed my hand to put it back with such force that she took off some of the polish and scoffed at me. Next, she got in my face mocking my eyebrow ring again and I tried to play it off. Whatever, I don't care what she thinks about my piercings to be honest I just wanted my nails to look good. She made one nail way too sharp which I pointed out three times during the filing process and she didn't put in effort to fix it. I had to pick up the file and do it myself. When she finished the nails, a walk in arrived, and she dropped everything for them. She pointed me in the direction of the dryer and I had to pick up all of my things with wet nails and set myself up. This caused a smudge which I tried my best to avoid and I brought it to their attention. Everyone ignored me until I approached the woman finishing off my friends nails and asked for her to help me touch this one up. She didn't redo the nail, just patched it with a dot that is noticeable still after drying. Whatever. Fine. Just wanted to leave at the point. Everyone else had a staff member carry their things to the dryer, standard procedure, and even got a MASSAGE. Ok. finished product? uneven layers, air bubbles and filed way too short. 0 rating if I could.

A clean and nice surprise under the new management. New owner Jenny and staffs are so friendly, doing their best professional service that makes me happy.
I definitely recommend anyone to come .
