I will say before this review I was a walk in and asking for my hair to be dyed pink. I have thick hair and it's was kind of long when I went so I understand it wasn't the best conditions.
However, I sat and got my hair done for about 8 hours and it was NOT anywhere near dyed. The dude who did my hair couldn't even bleach right. I've done better with a box kit. If it needed to be spilt into two sessions I would have understood but I was never asked plus they ticked on a bunch of weird fees for stuff I never even had done.
If you have thick hair please for the love of God DON'T COME HERE. Take an hour long drive, and go the the Bowling Green, Kentucky, Regis. It's in the mall. Amber actually did my hair right in the same amount of time.

Very impressed with my hair cut by Rebecca. It's clear this Regis is full of professionals who understand how to keep up with modern styles, yet without charging an arm and a leg. Affordable, stylish, and friendly service. I can understand why some might not be able to just walk in and be served, they are busy and there is a good reason for that. Looking forward to my highlights in two weeks. Thanks again!

I recently got what's probably the worst haircut of my life here. My bangs were uneven and I wanted my layers to blend in on the back. Instead he took too much off of my bangs and thinned out my hair in the back that I don't even know how to style it now. It's really upsetting since this is my hair and it's not something that you can get s refund on! Highly upset!

I went in asked for highlights,I have 22 inch long hair been going here for almost 10 yrs this time I came home crying I was done lowlights had to have my friend to help me I was miserable. Still am with not much hair left had to do it twice my hair still is not the same ,I am not happy .I won't go back there again !!!I sad this happened to me !!I would be very careful with this one person that did my hair there!!Ferland always did my hair but I trust his staff he is great of doing my hair but he wasn't available,sad that this happened to me!!!

After 30 years in DC recently moved to Nashville area. Thought I had to spend a lot to get a good haircut. Not. Spur of the moment I walked into Regis at 8 pm this past Sat night. (Yes, I did call a couple of hrs before to make an appt.) Ashley Robbins gave me the haircut of my dreams. Telling all my friends. SHE ROCKS. Now I'm going on Yelp to sing her praises. She listened, really listened. Wow. Worth the 40 min drive. Went to bed with my hair wet that night. Woke up to gorgeous, fluffy hairdo. Almost no product. THAT'S a good cut people. Thanks Ashley. I love my hair again! And Regis has super reasonable prices. (So tip more if you can!)
