I don’t normally post complaints but I’m super frustrated with the manicure I received from this place. More than anything, the polish . I paid an additional 5 dollars for French which I expect but I also expect it to last longer than 12 hours before it starts peeling . So I went back . They said no problem and put me with the same girl from the day prior (I also didn’t mention that the job she did on the lines of the French were pretty sloppy but I just let it go because I don’t like to complain , once again) so , hoping she would do better, she sat me down and started taking off the polish but here’s the funny part, she was only taking it off to the point where it stopped peeling instead of just redoing it with fresh polish . So I’m sure you can guess now what happened less than 24 hours later, yep, it bubbled peeled again . Unfortunately I had a celebration of life over the weekend and so I couldn’t go back and have them fix it again and at this point I don’t want to, I just won’t ever go back and I certainly won’t refer people there either. As a side note, the girl who did my pedi did do a decent job . I would add a photo but it’s not an option.

I have gone to Bellagio a few times now and have had a good experience every time. I've always gotten in right away, even as a walk in. Today, Hannah did my nails and I honestly think she is the best nail tech I have ever had! She was gentle, but worked efficiently and was so incredibly detail oriented and thorough! She made sure they were absolutely perfect before finishing. I was so impressed and will be making appointments with her going forward! You can't go wrong with Bellagio. I also love that it doesn't smell like a nail salon. There are no overwhelming odors or fumes. It actually smells pleasant in the salon. I highly recommend this place!

My friend and I got our nails done here and first off. If you are equally as disgusted with dip powder as I am. Then listen to this. Btw dip powder is by far the most unsanitary thing to use on your nails. When they put your acrylics on, they use dip powder to hold the acrylic to your actual nail. Then they sand the dip off and go all the way to your nail bed, making it burn. And just to top it off, my friends broke three nails just within 24 hrs because of how brittle they are and I broke 1.

The staff at Bellagio were super friendly and were able to fit me in for a mani pedi at short notice. The salon was very clean. I got gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes. Prices for services were reasonable. The gel mani was $30 and the upgraded pedicure was $35. I will be coming back here in the future!

Love this place! Best experience overall. They never rush and never have to wait more than 5 minutes for service. Personable and reasonably priced. Very relaxing experience. Thanks Kevin and Amy for providing such high quality services.
