I have been going to this place for YEARS and they have never failed me. Yes, they are a little pricier than the nail salons around the area but it is so much NICER and they do such an amazing job. I see people complaining about wait times, but it would benefit you most to make an appointment. Cindy ALWAYS does my nails and she is the sweetest ever. I have never had a problem with her or this salon. Then again, I have always made an appointment with my specific nail tech. She is always clean and always does an amazing job. I have absolutely no complaints. You are required to wear a mask here and they do sanitize. If you’re worried about Covid, don’t go out and get your nails done. Simple as that. Overall, an amazing place with great nail techs. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful inside and clean. Great customer service and amazing job on nails. Good prices as well. Found my new nail salon!

Like all nail salons, they over charge for all services, they let the most inexperienced techs do services like manicures but charge you the highest prices, they tell you they can do the custom design you show them then get an attitude with you when you tell them it's not right.
I paid $50 for a gel manicure with a simple 2 color polish design on 2 fingers. I brought my own gel polish and simple stick on decal and they changed me $50 for basically changing my polish. No hand Massage or cuticle treatment as is standard with the cheapest of manicures.

I have been coming here for the past 7 years and I recently went in for a quick fix of my nails. I guess I was disregarded due to the fact I was not going to spend a lot of money cause it was only a fix and was told if I cannot find the color on my nails that she could not help me and didn’t know what to tell me.rather than working with me and helping me find a color that would work.I was here not even 3 days ago. I was met with attitude and blatant disrespect. Nevermind the fact I have been faithfully going and spending money in this establishment for years because I liked the service.

Came in as a group of three and they immediately tried to separate us. I ask for a design they said they couldn't do it; instead, took out stickers and put on my nails. Also they have a basket with all the different nails colors and don't sanitize after we looked
