I was a first time customer at this salon last week for a pedicure. I thought the girl who did my pedicure did a great job (though I don't know her name), so she saved this place from getting a 1star. She was very thorough and took her time, and I felt like she took good care of me. However, two days later I began with itching between my toes which has turned out to be athletes foot. I have never had athletes foot before in my life, and I have gotten pedicures at at least half a dozen nail salons around the Metairie and New Orleans area. This obviously reveals very poor hygienic practices at this salon, so I will not be returning.

SERENE NAILS WONDERFUL. FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES . "A" ONE SALON. I HAVE HOPPED AROUND FROM SALON TO SALON BUT THIS WILL BE MY GO PLACE FROM NOW ON.
PEDICURE WAS AMAZING AND THE GEL NAIL SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. GOT MY EYE BROW WAX AND FINALLY HAD A PERFECT WAX.
ALSO I LOVE THAT LIKE OTHER PLACES YOU GET LIKE 3 PEOPLE FOR YOUR SERVICE HERE I ONLY DEAL WITH ONE.
IF YOU GO WITH YOU SHOULD ANYONE WOULD BE WONDERFUL BUT ASK FOR MS.LEE SHE WAS A AMAZING.

I went to this salon with my friend and I will never go back. I got gel and it was super pricey compared to the place I normally go to. The gel started chipping the second day that I got it and the workers there are not very social. They had to take my gel off from before and they literally scraped it off so roughly and ended up hurting my nails. I would not recommend, thank you

I went to this place with my friend and it was way too expensive than any other nail salon I've been to, and it's not even fancy. The lady made my fingers bleed, she was way too rough with my nails. I don't recommend coming here.
