I have only been 4 times and they were one of the first nail shops I had been to coming from Chicago because it’s local. The services are over priced and the workers are not as great as the recommendation spoke of them. The owners are a husband and wife but the wife is the RUDEST you would not believe. She literally takes forever doing your nails because she answers the phone, take payment and talk the entire time. She is always mad and only is pleasant with people she knows ( I’ve noticed). The first time I only got my nails done and it was decent, the second time I did both and the woman that did my feet was very sweet and kind but my nails were HORRIFIC done by a male with tattoos all over him and was not pleasant either and act like he didn’t even wanna do them. The third time I went the owner did my eyebrows and they were uneven I was so pissed, she didn’t even cut or clean them up. She only waxed them. It shamed me that so many people recommend this place but it is not a pleasant or professional place to spend your money I don’t care how many loyal clients have been going there. I have had nothing but bad experiences myself!

I was extremely disappointed in the service from the owner of the salon ( I believe he is the owner). I have been there three times since I recently moved here. The first two occasions I found them very unfriendly and even rude. I continued to go however since it is close to home and convenient. However, this last time I went my nails started chipping only three days after the service. I went back to talk to the owner about it and he told me that was “normal“. I expected some chipping with just regular polish, but not within only three days! He refused to do anything about it for me. I will never return and I will be sure to tell my friends and family in the area not to go there.
Yes it was the southside that I went to, it was just this morning that I was there. I thought it was the owner I was speaking with as he is the gentleman who is always at the front desk and seems to be the one managing the operations of the salon.

One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. Cut my nail so short it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Not a good experience and won’t be back. Im not sure who did the pedicure but it was a male working on a saturday. I already have tiny toenails which he proceeded to joke about throughout the whole pedi and then for whatever reason decided to still cut one. It still hasn't healed and I didn't appreciate the way he tried to make it seem like it was my fault when i wasn't the one doing the pedicure.

Sadly was not happy. I wanted a line of glitter where it separated the natural color to the white tips. Then within a week one of the nails broke right off.
