It was really nice. They were very attentive to detail on my nails. At first I got moved around to another nail tech because the other that did my toes had an appointment but I still didn't see them come in so it was kind of weird but my nail tech Hannah did a great job trying to match a photo I gave her for my nails. I'll be back!

I got a dip powder set here. Their dip powder color selection is minimal. The color samples they provide do not have the names of the colors on them because they were smudged off. I picked a color only to find out after the first hand was done that it was not the color I chose. It was a much darker red. I had to argue my case to the owner because the technician conveniently decided he did not understand English when I voiced my dismay. The owner told me that they did not have or know what color I picked bc they do not know the name because it was it was smudged off the sample. I was upset because I was not told that in the beginning so that I could have chosen an alternative. To add to my disappointment the owner tells me that if they had that color it would not look the same on me as the sample because my nail beds were dark. I believe that comment was not called for. The technician had to start over. I picked another color, staying away from red colors because I did not want to be disappointed again. I picked a color of course there was not a name or number associated with it and of course I got a color that I did not pick. For those who never had a dip set, it is important to note that you do not see the true color of the powder until the set is almost done. My advice to L.A nails is to please label your color samples and tell the customer if you do not have the color they pick, so that you do not waste your customers time and money.

Exactly what I wanted! Simple and sweet to not draw too much attention to my psoriasis hands! Thank you so much Hannah🌸 She did a gel fill with gel polish manicure. She was very sweet and is really good at detail. 5 stars⭐️ Extremely happy customer!

Really good service!!! Kept the place vented (opened the doors) so there was a nice spring breeze as they worked. Pedicure was done well also. Prices were reasonable. I recommend!!! It does get busy so make an appointment if you can!!!
