Spencer is a terrific hair stylist. She has great recommendations and makes you feel/look like a million bucks! The hair salon is decorated beautifully and a good location in Newburyport!

Ali was prepared and very helpful. Assisted me in choosing between two colors by holding them up under light. Ali was articulate and professional. Hand massage was great. Awesome nail manicure.

Polished is a up and coming gem in center of downtown Newburyport! The people are down to earth genuine people with great customer service skills. Spencer’s highlight and coloring skills are amazing. It’s bright and welcoming there with a huge range of services! Best to call for an appointment but he door is always open to look around! Prices are reasonable for downtown Newburyport location which is key! Totally recommend!

called up to make an appointment for my granddaughter a man answered the phone, we set up the appointment he took her name and my phone number, name was spelled out for him, he repeated my phone number. When we arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment we were told that she didn’t have an appointment because the technician had quit that week that was supposed to do my granddaughters mani and pedi. I was also told by Katherine the receptionist that the name in for that appointment wasn’t my granddaughters and when they called to confirm the appointment the person said they hadn’t made an appointment. My granddaughter had a gift certificate and limited time so they refunded her the amount of the gift certificate. Robin who owns the salon was in the other room and never came out to apologize for the huge mess up. Oh by the way I used to go to this salon for years until my nail tech left, when I found out where she was I switched. In my opinion if you have an appointment in the book and you can’t get a hold of them, you should have someone at the salon ready for who ever walks in claiming that appointment because obviously the person who took the appointment screwed up.

I received a lovely natural manicure from Martiza. She took the time to carefully care for my very damaged nails. The owner Robin offered me a choice of teas. I had a very tasty fruity white tea. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. I highly reccomend Polished!!
