I am sitting in the pedicure chair as I write...right now! I was sure to schedule appointments ahead of time as I was coming with three people and wanted to assure we could all be seen at relatively the same time....NO SUCH LUCK! I sat with my feet soaking in Luke warm water for 20 minutes while the 2 girls (my best friend and my 25 year old daughter) were getting their pedicures. When someone FINALLY came to do my peedicure she rushed through it and was short with me as well as downright RUDE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.... This will definitely be my last time visiting this establishment.

This is my go to spot for Pedicures. I used to always get the special before I heard about the spa and it’s heavenly. Just the perfect place to unwind and destress. I recommend this place to everyone I know. All the staff is professional, friendly and just plain fantastic. They do more than any place I’ve been too. They are worth every penny. Enjoy!

I have been going to You Got Nails for years and they are great. Lee does my nails and she treats me like I'm family. The pedicures are amazing, so relaxing!

Gel nails burned badly when applied, I was told ‘that’s normal’ but it wasn’t normal discomfort it was very painful and three days later the gel nails all fell off and each nail had a burned imprint on my natural nail. It took months for them to look normal again.

The special pedicure is wild amazing. Monday thru Wednesday get the bonus 10 minute chair massage add on for $5 more. Worth it!!! The wax dip is hot but so satisfying! U absolutely get what you pay for ($51 after tax before tip) I went today and will be back next Month to treat myself. Ann and Sofia are my favorites, great massages and perfect attention to toe cuticle detail. You dont get this special treatment with a cheap mall pedicure- highly recommended!
