It was a very pleasant ride, and Ms Pink is a very lovely person. We had a wonderful conversation on the way to uhaul. I would highly recommend her service to anyone needing transportation.

We stopped for lunch on the way through Hopewell and my wife forgot her purse at the restaurant. We live over 3 hours away and looked for a safe option to have the purse returned to us. We talked to Pink and were thrilled with her willingness to retrieve and mail the purse. She kept me informed the whole way. She charged a super reasonable price. Great integrity and service. first experience with them was great. wish i could comment on a second but i have not been able to get them to send a cab. its a miracle if they do respond a cab is available but they will never send one. i almost lost my job because of waiting for them. i wish i could have had great reviews like everyone else but NOPE! i even gave a 30% tip the first time. i would not take a chance with them if you have to be some place important.

At one point of time this used to be a very good service to take but as of lately they are full of themselves. They don't answer calls, they pick and choose who they want to provide transportation to... when you call they send you to voicemail then text you. Half the time they send drivers out to the wrong address or they will forget a time call altogether. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Want a good cab that will pick you up on time and isn't pricey... try star cab. Pink is overrated and too full of self to focus on the money at hand.
