They are Officially, the worst & will never receive my money again!
I set an appointment with them for 2 pedi’s & a full set, last weekend & when my husband and I & our 1 year old son, arrived there.. the OWNER of the store ( Ivy ) - to be exact.. told us to leave our 1 year old outside, ALONE bc they weren’t allowing any children..
The lady who set the appointment ( Jennifer ) - to be exact.. never mentioned that they wasn’t allowing children. They didn’t have a sign up or anything, indicating that children was not allowed inside anymore!
I’ve been going to them for awhile & always loved them.. but after today, they are completely off of my list!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Very positive experience each time I have come in for manicures. very satisfied with quality of work. Techs take their time and you don't feel rushed. Comfortable salon

I went on Saturday evening to get a gel fill in. I had an appointment but still waited for an hour and a half before being sat. While waiting, they sat walk ins before me and I got yelled at in front of other customers when I asked how long the wait would be. I let someone different do my fill in and she did not fill them in at all. I had two weeks of growth and I left with the same space between my nail and cuticle that I arrived with. She also trimmed the nails down unevenly and non of my nails match. I asked her to redo them two separate times and she said no both times. I left frustrated but paid for the services anyway. I called later that night and asked if they would let someone else fix them for me. They told me to come back Monday. I came back Monday and they told me in order to get it redone for free the same girl would have to redo them. And she wasn’t there. I explained that I worked an hour away in Raleigh and I couldn’t just come back another day. They told me I had to pay to have someone else redo their own shoddy work. So I will not return and if I could give zero stars instead of one I would.

Had made appointments for 5 people for a wedding party with certain techs. All of the techs were busy with other customers. Never mentioned that I had appointments. They were afraid they were going to miss a $. Had pedicures and had more dead skin on the bottom of our feet than before. I complained and he mentioned I needed to have the upgraded pedi to get the dead skin off!! Nails were painted and polish was off within a day. NEVER again will I go there. Way too expensive for what you receive. USED to be a good place. Too money hungry.
