Place is ok and prices are reasonable. Great customer service though. Cant say I loved it, but it wasn't bad except for 1 nail that was obvious. That's my fault for not checking since I had to run out for an appointment.

I just paid $31 (plus tip) for the worst manicure ever. The polish was applied uneven, with bubbles, and you can still see the old nail polish that I had “removed.” This was the first and last time going here. Beyond disappointed.

Customer since they opened with my 3 daughters - spent thousands there. Not the best , not the Cleanest- but acceptable. Huge turnover. Today , went with my daughter- couldn’t accommodate my full. Told the owner that is is ok - I will get it done somewher else , but to do my pedicure and my daughter mani/pedi . She got amazingly upset ( maybe a language barrier - her English is ‘
Minimal) and kicked us out!!’ Ok - for me, easy replacement - but for that many years of loyalty? Can’t tell you how many $800 visits O has when the place was empty....

Never Again! Worst gel manicure ever. The fel is thick and puffy my nails look pregnant...the polish dissent even go to the tip of the nail. Had both my girls get nails and toes painted with file and one last didn't even file my daughter abs painted her nails like 2 year old. I want my money back 76$ later. NEVER AGAIN!

Below average overall.. never coming again. The chair even sucks
