Its an average mall with a decent amount of space. Quiet country atmosphere with room to grow. Stores are just as pricey as bigger malls but i find that the shoe stores are just not as good.. cant never seem to find any i like. Bath and body works stay packed and the food courts offer a good bite to eat.. well worth the visit but if u are going to do some traveling, go on up to Chattanooga where you sill find everything your looking for..

A company bought the mall a while back with a statement they were going to bring in more stores and rejuvenate the shopping mall.. I've not noticed any progress yet. It's sad to walk thru and recall how busy it was for some time then see where it is now.

Walnut Sqare Mall is pathetic. Penny's and Sears left. Only a few stores open. Back in the 80's it was such a delight and treat to shop there. They need to get some good stores like Ft. Ogelthorpe has.

They made a big mistake moving the movie theater out of the mall. Now, its slowly dying out. I do love shopping here and taking my nieces to the arcade and playground. The restuarants are great and stores are always clean, but its not busy since it seems like every few months a store closes. It could use some more attention to draw people in.

Becoming more of an indoor flea market. The only store worth going there for is Belk and that's it unless you want to go to the gym. I recently heard the owners of the Hamilton Place Mall purchased this Mall which means absolutely no new GOOD stores will be coming to the Dalton mall ( or lack thereof)
