I have been getting my nails done here for the last 3 1/2 years. I absolutely love this place and the customer service they offer. Every nail shop is different and I went here after leaving another nail shop completely unhappy. I had them redo a full set and have been coming back ever since. I’ve sent more then 20 people there. I walk in and they remember me each and every time. Now it’s been 3 years and I have become more like family, I walk in and everyone says hello, asks me how I’ve been and what not. They have amazing services for children and are very careful with the kids. I have been in almost every techs seat over the last few years my favorites are Helen, Kylie, Sophia, Kim, Lan, Tammy & Paul.. They all do a great job. This spot will always be my go to!!

Have been coming here for years. I did stop coming for a few years as I needed to get my priorities straight and nails we're not part of that. Before, I would bring anyone and everyone I could with me, they were THE BEST EVER! As I have started to slowly come back, I have noticed it's just not the same... Different people working, very hard to find a "regular tech" to request. Helen used to be there all the time, haven't seen her yet. I am a business owner as well, I do know eventually you need to let go and have a life, and build trust in others to keep your business in tip top shape, but it may be a good idea for her to stop in more frequently, make sure that this business doesn't turn into a nail salon like all the others, which before it was not even close to the others. All in all, this salon is still one of the best, wouldn't go anywhere else, I'm just hoping it stays that way!

Just left Helen's with my 16 year old daughter who had a set of acrilycs put on. Although they look well done and are very pretty, I was quite disturbed by the lack of hygiene here. In my limited experience, I have never seen a used emory board utilized. The towel was not replaced between customers, and the techs hands were not washed between customers. The lack of ventilation was terrible. I feel bad for the people that have to try to breath there all day. I understand that they were busy, but the disregard for cleanliness and proper protocol were unacceptable.

I needed to get Acrylics for a special event and they were able to fit me in no problem. They accept walk-ins but I suggest making an appointment. Paul is who does my nails and he always does a wonderful job. If you want color changing gels they don't have a huge selection, so I would bring your own. Extremely happy with the service and I will be going back next week! The picture below is my current color-changing gel.

Decided to spend a little more and get a Christmas-theme manicure because it's my birthday. I showed the gentleman (nail tech) a pic of what I wanted. In the pic my ring fingers were to be a solid color with a white bow and glitter on top of the solid color. What i got is french tips in the chosen color on all nails with the bow on my ring fingers. The bow doesn't show up at all, so the extra money for the Christmas design was a waste. So disappointed. Not planning to go back.
