I am sad to write this review. I absolutely loved this place. I have been going for years until now. I recently had a pedicure and I observed the technician next to me take her tools that she just used for a pedicure, hand wash them with water, dry them off and place them in a bag and seal it like they had been sanitized. The bag of tools were then thrown in her drawer for her next customer. I will not be going back. As clean as this place looks on the outside that did me in.

I’ve literally been all around Anne Arundel county trying to find a tech to bring my nail fantasies to life and when I found Julie , I literally can’t see myself going to anyone else. I make an appointment with her every two weeks faithfully and it is my favorite self appreciation time. It’s home, and she’s got to know me and the type of nails that I like, she’s open to trying new designs and moreover, anytime I inquire about fancy nail art, if she doesn’t have it, the next time I come, Julie has stocked up on it. My nails have become something people remember and refer to me by and I have Julie to thank for bringing my crazy thoughts to life. If you want nails that make people double take every time, a friendly experience that makes you feel like you matter, and to get what you pay for , you have to come see Julie, I promise you’ll be satisfied!

Poor service. Pedicure stations only had cold water. Pedicure was rushed and not relaxing. Gel manicure not the greatest. Nail tech was rude and condescending. He told me he used to work at the Mondawmin location and compared me (a customer he does not know) to the customers there. He said to me "WOW. You aren't ghetto like the women down Mondawmin." Also, no waiting space or chairs to wait in for service. Do not waste your time going here.

I went here before to get my feet done and my acrylics, even then they weren’t as good as the day I found Julie. She is an amazing artist and takes time and patience for every one of your nails. I waited 2 1/2 hrs just to see her. Incredible.

Tommy does an awesome job!!! I've been going to Nail Trix for years and he hands down gives the best service. Always takes his time, very friendly and gives the best massages during pedicures! Go see him. He will not disappoint💅🏾
