This building all around just has a great atmosphere. The workers communicate with you in a very friendly way and they offer you drinks and the prices are even reasonable. My sister, mother and I went and i got chellac and a peticure. My mom got chellac and my sister got a peticure. All of this with a water and two soft drinks was none over $80. Very good service, very friendly. I will be returning. I give it an A+!

Since they refuse to answer their phone and you cannot leave a message, I'd say the customer service must be really lacking. Tried calling several times, and I let it ring and ring, and someone hung it up on their end.
