3rd time I've made an appointment and waited over an hour. They do good work but definitely not good customer service. Apparently they made 5 appointments for noon and only have 2 workers. Apparently there time is more important then mine. I usually come every 2 to 3 weeks for a nail fill and pedicure. I was a good loyal customer but I live 30 minutes away not fair to have walk ins get in before appointments. I won't be going back. Hopefully you learn good customer service before it's to late.

They did a really good job on my nails and they were really nice. The building is clean. Prices are reasonable. A little bit of a wait even if you make an appointment but I work recommend. They are located right across the street from Bank of America in Gardner, Ma. You pay a meter for parking.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Made an appointment, waited about a half hour to be taken and then they took 2 and a half hours to do a full set on me. No apologies whatsoever for how late they were/how long it took. Seriously don’t go here

READ THIS. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i wish i could give them a zero star rating. they are extremely rude and unprofessional. wish i could sue them. i went with my best friend and we waited an hour while our appointment was at 6:30 and didn't leave there til 8:30. they did a horrible job. and are very rude when you can't understand their language. they are rude in there language towards you and judge you. my nails already need a fill and new painting. i got the most done thursday and it's monday. damn a whole 4 days. my best friends are like this too and we are very mad. you need to do a better job. honestly surprised you haven't gotten shut down yet for all this horrible work, unsanitary, and rudest employers ever. clean up. don't give people infections. don't take money. be nicer. be patient with us. IM NOT PAYING FOR THAT WHEN I SHOULDNT NEED IT FOR ANOTHER COUPLE WEEKS. honestly this is the dirtiest and grossest place ever. so unclean and the workers there are beyond rude. it's pathetic. they better either re do them neatly for free or give me my money back. DONT GO HERE YOULL REGRET IT. it's a huge waste of money and honestly i'm beyond mad and dissatisfied. i hope this place realizes its horrible. fix it. and for the workers you need to be nicer we don't all speak your language and you don't need to yell at me because i don't understand yours. you kidding me. GROW UPPPP. i will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS COME BACK TO THIS DISGUSTING UNSANITARY DISTURBING PLACE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING OR TO GET A HORRIBLE JOB DONE. a place i do recommend that does an amazing job is J&T in athol. they are very nice. have amazing colors and plenty to choose from. last longer than 4 days they lasted so long. at nails 2000 they also took my money right off of my chair. you could have asked. i didn't want to tip my lady bc she was so rude and didn't the worst job ever. you'll be seeing me and my best friend soon. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. OR DONT DO SUCH A HORRIBLE JOB. THEY ALSO LIKE DRILLED MY NAILS SO BAD. MY FINGERS HURT SO BAD AND THEY GOT ACRYLIC ALL OVER MY HANDS AND NAILS. DONT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. EWWWWWWWWW

I have been there a couple of times now along with my daughter and we have been very satisfied with the cost and the results. The language barrier makes it difficult to communicate but otherwise I have had good experiences. - candy
