I love this place I've been going there for over 4 years now. They are clean nd open 7 days a week. they even stay open late. They ladies there are hard working and professional. shout out to JENNY my favorite nail tech

Tom, my pedicurist, had incredible attention to detail and firm yet soft hands! I had a great experience and a lavender pedicure.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I returned today (Sunday) out of an inconvenience to me to get my manicure done correctly because on the Wednesday evening prior to, I received a very poor nail polish service as my daughter and I both were there to receive mani-pedis. I was treated rudely today by the Manager who talked very loudly to me and talked about me in her native language to her coworkers. In addition to this, the nail tech wanted to file my gel off which would file my nails down even worse than they were done on Wednesday. As she filed I told her that my nails were burning and this was unacceptable. She then rudely attempted to soak the gel off and told me that I'd need to wait 30 mins (this would be 30 additional minutes that I did not have). I sat 40 minutes as she took another customer who came in after me and did a fill in, then afterwards proceeded to go to the back with the customer to perform another service, all while she said nothing to me. I immediately left with my daughter because of the POOR and RUDE customer service. I must also mention the fact that my daughter's polish began to come off after one day and when I mentioned it to the Manager. I was told that children's polish only last one to two days max- NEVER heard of such, especially after spending $32 for my daughter's service and it only lasted one day. Needless to say, although I'm a resident of Knightdale, I NEVER EVER plan to patronize Embassy Nails again. My advice, please get training on customer service.

Do NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!! Let me start off by saying the owner is very rude i waited 45 min to receive the worst pedicure and gel polished nails ever in life my toes are missing polish my nails are lumpy and i paid 71 dollars i repeat i will never come here again idc how bad my nails and toes look if you are paying your money they should have better attitudes and better service they rushed my entire service. I will be returning today for them to fix this disaster if it’s possible. If not i will dispute he charges with my bank bc i refuse to pay for service that’s terrible. If only i had read the reviews before i stepped foot in this place i would give them a -10

Horrible service. I have gone to this place for over a year now only because it was the better option in Knightdale. It is bigger than the Knightdale Day Spa Nails and was usually more convenient to get in when you were a walk in. Over the past 8-9 months, the service has been horrible. I leave with nail polish on my toes, they don't ask if I want my nails shaped when I get a manicure. I recently got a Shellac manicure and when I said I didn't like the color she said it was too late, I needed to tell them before my nails went under the dryer first. I had to argue with several ladies to get my color changed - unbelievable. I do not recommend to anyone. I will never go back. I will have to go to Raleigh now for mani/pedis.
