I've been going here for. Along time. I am incredibly disappointed my nails this time and now I cannot go back to this place. When someone tells you then don't like something you should fix it. Not just keep going bc you are busy. Now I have to go get my nails done in a completely different state and pay AGAIN BC YOUR TECH DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME. Im so so sad bc j really enjoyed supporting this place and now I can never go back I asked for rainbow nails and she never said they didn't have purple or blue glitter. This is now rainbow. This is just random. So disappointed.

I am very unhappy with not only the service, but as well as the unprofessional ethics of this establishment. When entering I was asked what I would like. I specifically stated I only wanted white tipped nails. The nail tech told me I should not get that. Which are the way I've worn my nails for the last 15 years. She suggested long ombre nails. I have worn ombre nails before but not what I asked for. I didn't want a pedicure from that establishment and made that clear stepping in the door I shouldn't have to be harassed about getting a service from a place I do not know how well the services will be. And based on how my nails were done I will never return again. The nails are thick and wider than my actual nail bed. I was charged $50 and based on the way my nails look the service should have been free 🤦🏽♀️

Omg 🤬😡😠 I should of read the reviews .DONT ... DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!. THE LADY HAD ME WAITING FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES.....OK I DIDNT MIND ...BUT WHEN SHE CAME WITH A MAD FACE AND TOOK IT OUT ON MY NAIL AND MADE IT BLEED!!! DIDNT APOLOGIZE ...SHE ASKED ME DID IT HURT 🤕 I SAID YES SHE SAID A LIL I SAID NO ...ALOT AND SHE LAUGHS!!!??? 😒 ON TOP OF THAT SHE RUSHED DID EVERYTHING IN LIKE UNDER TEN MINUTES OR SO.LOL THE EYEBROWS WERE OK BUT VERY ROUGH. DOES NOT LOOK SANITARY AT ALL! 💀💀💀

I went in to get one nail fixed I literally waited for almost two hours!!! I got my nails done there last week so my nails shouldn’t be coming up then when I asked for a manager they all laughed but when I said I wasn’t paying for my daughters nails all of a sudden the laughing stop yea I bet that wasn’t funny. So I finally sat in the chair she started doing my nail then told me to go sit in the pedicure chair to dry while she started to do someone nail talk about livid I paid for my daughters nail but them mf ain’t get one tip nor will I be back because I’m not trying to catch a case worst service ever
