My first time visiting with a friend. We called and was told we both could be services in 30min. When we arrived the Salon was packed with customers. We were greeted with a hello and we sat down. After waiting 1 he we asked how much longer it would be. They replied; " shortly". 30 more minutes passed and someone came over to assist my friend as I continued to sit. My friend had started getting her feet polished when I asked when would someone be starting me. 2 technicians were in the back eating and 2 had customers. No one ever acknowledged me. I told them it was very poor Customer service and I would never come back to this establishment. I'm a Hairstylist and I would never have a customer sitting for 2 1/2 hours without saying SOMETHING about how much longer it would be!!!
