Amazing fast service. Kelli was awesome ❤️.. A rare service and I feel absolutely blessed to have been pierced her.

They were very unprofessional & unorganized. They give you one scheduled time and the nurses actually make up their own time according to your location. After waiting all day they never showed up. I called several times, and when I finally talked to the manager she did nothing. She didn’t apologize or asked what she could do to help. Never using them again. I wish I could give no stars!! Very poor representation of a black business!!!!

I would absolutely recommend Ms. Charlotte to anyone searching for a professional to pierce their child’s ears. She was on time, professional, prepared, and super fast! Prices were wonderful and the outcome was great. I also got my nose re-pierced after having it done twice by someone else and having problems within a few days but I haven’t had any problems with my piercing which makes me really happy! Thank you Ms. Charlotte

Awesome awesome awesome service! My family has been using them for generations! My daughter just got her ears pierced and the nurse was nice, timely, open for questions. Etc... would suggest them to any and everyone who has a baby girl or need a second hole.

Kellie has to be the absolute worst person I've ever spoken to for services. Get rid of her, she will only hurt the business. Unfortunately, i could not get past her attitude and demeanor for my scheduled appointment. Horrible.
