I have been a resident at Hunters Green Apartments for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff members are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and they always greet me with a nice smile! I never run into any issues living here, and if I have any questions or concerns the staff works diligently to tend to my needs. I live in a one bedroom apartment here, and it is extremely nice and cozy. All of my neighbors are very welcoming and everyone is very mindful of one another. Moving to Texas from another state, I am very glad that I chose this place as my home. The environment here is very peaceful and I feel safe. With a nice apartment and such good customer service, I can definitely say that I am getting a good deal out of living here. Highly recommend!

I had much higher hopes when I first moved into the apartment, but those were quickly extinguished. Here are my complaints. -There was a brawl outside my window at 2am that was started by two immature young men, more like boys, continued for a couple of hours. Even after the police were involved, those men were still allowed to live there even after assaulting their neighbors. -Roaches were a constant problem that were never alleviated and actually got worse. We repeatedly put in requests for it to be fixed with no avail, The last week I lived there, I couldn't eat any of my food because my new little "roommates" were crawling all over everything. -We got a notice to renew and that if we chose to, we would be charged $200 more than our previous rent. -Passive aggressive notes were left our doors when someone in our building was smoking marijuana. They made all of us feel like we were the problem without actually seeking out the culprit(s). -There was a fire in our building and we were never told the cause of it. How were we supposed to feel safe if we don't know if we should be on the lookout for anything potentially dangerous and/or flammable in our apartments? -Once there was a problem with the sewage with pooled up outside our apartment and even spilled over into the parking lot. This went on for weeks. -The gate was constantly broken and left wide open. Anyone could've driven in! We're paying for essentially a gated community protection, so it's scary when anyone is available to just drive in and have their way. -The Movie Nights they mentioned went way later that they advertised. We lived right by the pool and it's very frustrating Jumaji is playing until 11pm when they said it would be over at 10pm. -This isn't a management issue, but an issue with the other residents. People would stay later than the pool hours, throw loud drunken parties, trash the place, "get it on" loudly late into the light, and leave their broken glass bottles in the pool and all around. They closed the pool down and wouldn't allow anyone back in until the ones who threw the party "turned themselves in." That's great. Hold the pool as ransom from the good residents. -I was towed at one point after I bought a new car. With my job, I was unable get to the office during operating hours to get a new parking sticker because I would leave before they opened and got back after they closed. They wouldn't even let my roommate come up and get it more me. After having an attitude filled conversation with the manager, they wouldn't help me at all with the situation by trying to assist in anyway. -They charged us for a trash valet that we never used because we lived next to the dumpsters and would personally walk our trash out to throw it away. We didn't even get this "Trash Valet" can until the last few months we lived there. -After we left, they charged us all of our deposit and even more after we had cleaned it nearly spotless. This all goes to show me that they care more about your money than you. I would never recommend Hunters Green or Lincoln Properties to anyone. Including my enemies. That's too harsh a punishment.

Great people working there, the parking spots are small but overall a nice place to live. The swimming pool is nice, the people are friendly. Not a bad place to rent from. Angel is a great property manager who takes pride in the community, it is appreciated. My AC was messed up but the property took care of that now I am not having any issues.

Former resident: Hunter's Green looked great when I moved in and was nice for the first 3 months. But the next 9 months got worse and worse: 2 guys brawled in front of my window at 3am, people let their dogs pop anywhere, there was a fire in our building and I was never told how it got started, and roaches continually grew in size and quantity the longer I stayed there. the last 3 months were terrible: new people moved in and used the pool at all times of the day and night (there was never a notice on when the pool hours were anyway), neighbors smoked pot every night, and the very frustrating part is that the management did next to nothing to stop any of this, even-though I asked them kindly many times. And to end when I moved out there were way too many trumped up fees for a valet trash can that I said I didn't want and never used, or a automatic gate opener again that I didn't want or use, and also using all of my deposit and then some more to clean the apartment even-though I cleaned it very throughly. All and all don't be duped by the apparent quaintness of these apartments everything is second or third rate, they don't care about bug infestations, they won't help with the people who are messing up the VERY FEW nice things that they have, and when you are trying to move out they charge you an arm and a leg to clean what you already did. Oh, I should also say that if I had wanted to stay they had raised my rent by nearly $200.00 dollars. I will never live in or recommend Hunter's Green to anyone, and I will go out of my way to tell people not to live there.
