Just moved to valley stream and went to try this nail salon. I asked for a pedicure and they said that they aren’t doing anymore pedicures for the day. When I walked in it seemed so blah. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They don’t even have a lot of staff from the looks of it. They lost my business already and all I had to do was walk in and ask for a pedicure.

i am 8 months pregnant, i go there all the time, i live in elmont. Went yesterday for a pedicure, the owner sent her husband (older Asian man) to do my toes, from the time he got to me, i could feel he wasn't in a good mood. normally the nail techs would ask do u want to cut or file your nails, he didn't ask.. n just cut all my nails. i had to scream to let him know he is going into deep in my cuticles. by then i was bleeding from the left big toe. Long story short, he finished washing my feet and wanted me to put them up, he grabbed my leg so hard, i had to ask whats going on, you are breaking my leg. He exploded, stood up and started yelling at me. mind you im 8months pregnant, the other 2 customers were shocked, 1 advised me to call 911. His wife tried to calm him down, he still tried to push her out the way to come yell in my face. i put my shoes on and decided to leave and to never come back to a place were im not respected. the wife offere to finish my pedicure for free, i declined, as a working professional i can afford my own pedicure. i don't deserve to get yelled at and disrespected. i left went by franklin square and finished my pedi and even got a mani..
