Susan has been doing my eyebrows since I was 16 years old. She does my nails occasionally as well. She’s always so pleasant. I came to the salon today to get my eyebrows done but Susan was on vacation. Whoever she had running the shop was ridiculous! There were a total of 4 people in that shop and NO ONE knew how to do eyebrows!! Two of the women workers who were there were lounging in the chairs on their phones with their shoes off and feet up! The man who was there was coming from the back with his fingers all in his nose then had the nerve to approach me to tell me that I had to come back when Susan is back. There was literally one customer in the shop and I should have known just by that, that Susan wasn’t present! If you ever come to visit ask for no one but Susan! All of the rest of the workers are disgusting and unprofessional!

I ALWAYS go to Susan to get my eyebrows done. She gives the perfect arch with a natural look and makes sure each hair is completley gone.
Because she doesnt work on appointments, and I live so far away...I typically call and she tells me when to swing by.
She is very professional and I will follow her wherever she goes! Thanks Susan!

Paid $55 for powder nails didnt last 5 days. They dont dip your figure they are using a brush so its probably not the real powder. Had to go back in for redo on 4 nails. First and last time. Wasting my time and money😡

Susan is the best but there is an older technician last station who does nails if you dont like her work she yells and scream to Susan what appears to be do nasty words.very uncomfortable

Visiting from out of town. Didn’t have to wait too long they fixed me right on up. Will come again if in town
