If I could rate their service a 0 I would. I went in yesterday evening at 5:20pm, and sat down immediently to start getting acrylics done. I asked for short oval shaped with just a solid color. The man who did my nails didn't seem to know what he was doing. He didn't even size the nails before glueing them on, which they ended up far too large and were sitting on my skin. He then spent an hour doing what he considered "filing". He was extremely rough and was pulling my fingers so hard that my knuckles were popping. TWO hours later, at 7:20pm, I had paid and left. I didn't realize how awful they were until I got home and really looked at them. I went back this morning to get them fixed because they were awful and I have an important event I have to attend tonight. The entire time he "fixed" them, he was yelling at me and belittling what I was having him correct. I left again and they still aren't good. He filed them so harshly that my skin is raw and in pain. I will NEVER come here again, and I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere if you want quality service. He was extremely rude and didn't seem to care about what he was doing. He yelled at me saying, "I've been doing nails for 24 years. I've done millions of nails and they always turn out perfect. No complaints." Strange. If they're "always perfect" then why do you have a two star rating?

They were ANAZING! I was 9 months pregnant and this was the only place I could go because of how well ventilated it was! I have a badly infected ingrown toenail which I never let anywhere mess with but my husband talked me into letting Cindy and she done fabulous it didn’t hurt at all I have been back several times her and her husband are very nice they really take there time! Her husband done my sisters acrylic which she is VERY picky about and she didn’t have one complaint. It took him awhile but it was worth it because they were perfect!!

Don’t come to this place if you want to hear them complain every 5 seconds about how bad your nails are! So unprofessional.. I don’t know how they are still open!!

I won't even RATE this shop. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My 17 YO daughter went to get her nails done and the guy who did them did the worst nail job I have ever seen. The tips were entirely too wide for her fingers so the acrylics were sitting on her cuticles. When she stressed her concerns after I saw them, the man who did them was extremely rude to her. I called the shop to let him know that he was taking advantage of her because she is young and inexperienced with dealing with a situation such as this and he was incredibly rude to me. I told him that I didn't care about a refund but good business practices are that you at least fix what you did wrong. He copped a further attitude with me and wanted to tell me that my daughter is a liar and a teenager (now mind you...I know she is my daughter and I am going to be partial...but y'all, for a teenager my daughter is actually a really good kid). I asked him if he was the owner of the store and he proceeded to tell me that he didn't have to give me that information. So my review is this...the the OWNER of the store...do you REALLY allow your employees to treat customers the way my daughter and I were treated? If so, it's a wonder how you stay in business. Your google rating says it all...I should never had trusted you to do her nails for the MILITARY BALL that she is attending tonight. Yes, MILITARY...and you want to call her a bad, lying teenager. HA! We won't be coming back.

He ruined my nails! Went in for acrylics and they were crooked and uneven..... it also took him soooo long. It was like he had never done it before. When I tried to correct what he was doing, he just ignored me
