I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. I came in inquiring about a tanning package and the owner of this salon was condescending, disrespectful, and made me so completely uncomfortable. First of all, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I am from Southern California, right by the beach and I have never payed more than $30 for a monthly package. The starting price for the minimum amount of time was $60 A MONTH. But since there aren't many options here, I just accepted it and was willing to pay the price. I then told the owner that I would be going out of town for about 10 days, and that I really didn't want to miss out on any days of the month (because it's so dang expensive). I asked if she could possibly put my month on hold while I'm gone since I won't be in town, and then let me pick back up again when I get back, and her response was, "You wouldn't do that with a gym membership now, would you?" I immediately thought, "but I don't pay $60 dollars for a gym membership!!!" But I thought that was fair and so I let her know that I'll just pass on getting a package. She then proceeded to go over every other option I could do, but they were all ridiculously expensive to the point where they had no value at all. I let her know that I couldn't bring myself to spend $35 for only 6 tans, and then she said that I could still buy the month and even with the lost days I could still get my money's worth if I went every day I could. Again, I told her that I was uninterested but she would not stop talking. It was as if she wouldn't let me leave until I bought something. Not to mention, she was saying all of this while she was doing a clients hair and it was horribly awkward and even the client looked shocked at how she was talking to me. At this point I was just trying not to speak so she would let me leave, and the she asked "are you going on a vacation?" I said yes and she said, "well don't you want to look good?" in the most patronizing tone. I was shocked, and I said you know I really don't care if I'm tan or not. She proceeded to repeat AGAIN that the price for the month was so good and said that if I went every day, I would actually cause her to LOSE MONEY. My metaphorical jaw was on the floor. So I finally said, "I really would like to get the package but I also want to be able use all the days I pay for." She then said, "Well I want to be skinny and not go to the gym but we can't have everything." She then proceeded to say she has to "put her foot down," and that it is still very valuable and that I need to "just do the math." I was so livid at this point that I decided to leave, and as I was walking away, she yelled at her receptionist on the other side of the salon, "Has she figured it out yet? Did she do the math?" It was a horrible experience and I could not wait to get out of that horrid place. The owner is so unprofessional and immature, the establishment itself is so run-down and ugly, and the overall atmosphere is awful. I am so glad I didn't give my money to this place.

She got me in and out, and did a really good job with cutting my hair. 10 out 10 I would go again.

Asked for a long bob... walked out with LEGO/block hair. I’m talking long chunks on both sides and a shorter chunk in the back. All bad.
Another time I asked for a boliage and got straight brown hair.

I love this place. I've had Kelly cut my hair once and it was amazing, if you want to spend a little. She charges a bit more because of more experience/training but I've also had Justice who does the $10 cuts do my hair about three times and I always love it too. I highly recommend this salon to guys too because I think any barber shop is garbage.
