This shopping center has always had a few things but it suffered there for a few years. Seems to be on the rise now. A couple great lunch spots little bit of home shopping and beauty spots. Safe, plenty of parking.

Jason's Deli is wonderful! Great food and great people. Prices are fair and food always comes out hot and fresh. Wonderful menu selections. Nice dining atmosphere. Could be a little cleaner and restrooms need a little more attention.

This North Dallas / Richardson area has always been good for the 40+ years I've lived here. But now the roads and shopping are in sinc,Clean,more stores ,family restaurants that appeal for all
And that keeps the local dollar here & pride upbeat friendly & safe

Freshest fish in town. Prices are really good. Love the Shrimp Cocktail, Grilled Fish Tacos and Beer varieties.
