I called Mary nails on the Memorial Day weekend due to a broken nail. They weren't busy like the other shops so I asked how much it would cost. Mary quoted me 40. Once I got in the chair she tried to change her price and charge me an extra 10 for shaping my nails the exact way they were. When I questioned why she was charging me more she got smart and told me shaping nails are hard and if it was so easy we'd do it ourselves. I told the unprofessional woman to get off my hands and went to J and J nails in Penn Hills and not only were they cheaper, but the work was better...they were more professional and didn't play the bait and switch game. I'll never go back there and hopefully you won't neither. Just a rip off! Horrible service and I overheard them talking about their customers. Just horrible!!!! A rating of 1 is to high....0- is my true rating. Someone needs to buy them out! Trying to take advantage of someone! Just horrible!

ALWAYS happy when Mary does my nails!! The other girls ( also young man) very pleasant.. I will never stop going there! 😁

First time visit for pedicure- no polish, winter rest- & talked into gel french manicure. Why not,? Jen said it would last about 2 weeks -" best way to go for my nails". Had it done on Tuesday. By Friday, 4 " french tips" peeled off. I wanted it for granddaughter's birthday party on Saturday. Oh well.! $ 58.00 - live and learn! Won't be back.

I’ve gone here a few times because it’s so close to my house. It was a terrible experience every time. Waste of money. The gel on my hands wouldn’t last 5 days. It would start to lift up because they put way too many coats on and didn’t even put the polish all the way down to my cuticle. The last time I went there, which was 3 days ago, I got a gel polish change which was 23 dollars and when the lady went to put the clear coat on it was a mess. It was goopy and made the top layer have bumps all through it on a few of my nails. It was awful. The lady was by herself so I guess she rushed it or didn’t notice. To leave like that, I was furious. Nails not painted down to the cuticle, and bumps everywhere.
