Since I was in the area and needed a pedicure for my baby shower I decided to try this place out with my mom. Once I approached the door during business hours (It was 4 pm) it had a chain lock on it. Ok..There was one woman getting her feet done and then the nail person. She looked at me while I am waiting at the door, I said hello and smiled but she ignored me, looked away than continued talking to the costumer. So I figured she was just busy while being the only person working inside at the time from what I could see.
I ordered from the Mexican food place Ramonas and came back around 10-15 minutes later. This time the door was closed but the costumer was still there. I knocked and opened the door, to no avail the chain was still on so I am guessing the times are wrong I'm not sure what to think of this since she did not speak to me earlier about if she was available or not. This time around she had the common courtesy of getting up and then rudely asking me what do I want like I am bothering HER. I stated I wanted a pedicure and she said (in paraphrase because she was rambling) no she can not because she wants to go eat she just wanted to help this last costumer. I said I understand I will come back later.
After almost an hour and some change later, I arrive and the lock is on the door and she is not helping a new costumer, they finished and now just chatting with the woman the whole time PLUS another worker is there doing a manicure for a new costumer. Still uninterested in helping me, I walked away since I got the message clear as day.
The service and hospitality provided was disgusting and making any excuse in the book so you wont help me is pathetic.
Do NOT go to this nail salon, the people across the street less than a block down helped me wonderfully and without hesitation for a great cost.
