The worst staff I've seen. I went to this place to get the maintenance of my nails done. Told the guy at the desk that I wanted THE EXACT SAME THING I had in my nails and gave me a price. When the nail technician grabbed me to get started and take off the powder on one hand and after ruining those 5 nails with the dremel, considered it was the right moment to tell me it was actually gonna be $10 more than I was already told. So I told her that's not what I had agreed to and that I was going to pay the initial price. The guy from the front desk went over to me and, without giving me an apology and in a very rude and mean tone told me 'I made a mistake and its gonna be $40 instead'. Left the place with my nails completely ruined but did not get the job done here. It is NOT about the $10. It is about the fact that you give a customer a price based on what you KNOW the customer wants to get done and then your technicians change that price after they've already started because they know nobody wants to leave with an unfinished manicure. Well, two advises. Get your staff to LEARN ENGLISH so you can understand what the clients want to get done and also BE HUMBLE enough to apologize for giving the wrong information

I have so many complaints. Bear with me. By the way, i was a customer for about 5 years. I have noticed how this place went from great to downhill within the last year. Basically, The whole time we felt like someone was angrily doing US a favor by us being there, rather than feeling like we were PAYING for the service like any other customer. That is probably why the place was empty on a Saturday at 3 pm. Overly dried regular nail polish bottles so if you are not into gel polish or acrylics for example, don't go there. My mom was rushed into picking out a color from their overly dried out regular nail polish selection, and she was forced into a chair with a color she wasn't completely happy with. The lady doing her nails kept saying that she could pick a color while sitting down and getting her feet done and basically forced my mom into the chair...how can you do that if the bottles of polish are by the wall at the entrance and the pedicure chairs are all the way inside the store ??? There is no color samples for regular polish, only gel. Mind you, the store was empty, so it wasn't like my mom and I were taking 20 minutes picking a color. Literally took like, a minute, with no one waiting and no one occupied by any customer. It actually felt like we were getting scolded by an angry person who's doing us a favor and now regrets doing it. Did not feel like paying customers, who mind you always leave a tip. In my case, I asked the lady doing my nails to please do a powder acrylic nail on three nails i wanted a little longer. I made the mistake of telling her i had never gotten that done before, so not only did she do it annoyed, again, i PAY for that, but she didnt leave my nails looking natural at all. She left a huge stucked mess under my nails from the acrylic powder, did not bother to clean it up, did not shape my nails, nothing. And of course, because i did not know how it worked, i was unsure if that was ok. ALSO their UV light machine doesnt work very well. I would know:the lady kept angrily shoving my hand deeper into the machine whenever it wouldnt turn on, and loudly saying ITS SIMPLE. Literally would have to have my fingers at an angle for it to work, and it would burn whenever I did it. When we paid, the lady brought us back our change and stood there expectantly waiting for her tip. My mom was organizing her purse and she just stood there waiting between my mom and i, in a way that my mom couldn't get out. Gave her a tip, she probably wanted something bigger because she grabbed the money, made an attitude face and left. Needless to say, never ever going there again.

These are my last 3 visits :) This nail salon is amazing! The quality of work is A+. Everyone there is extremely kind and they all do a spectacular job. Love this nail spa!
