Ask for just a basic manicure pedicure price and had already picked out and showed her the powder color. She told me 45. I said ok 45 is good and I will do it for that. When I was done she said like 62! I nicely said you had given me the price of 45. She got very rude the main lady in there but not the girl who did my nails and had told me that. She was just about yelling at me and I was just calmly telling her I guess there was a miscommunication. Also the dip color did not at all look the same as on their sample. The tie color did. Then she starts yelling at me that they don’t make them. I just told her I wouldn’t use that one again because it really was like a lot different than the color on nail sample. I paid just the 45 dollars after it was all said and done. But beware of the prices because they tell you one orice and charge another. This is the second time this has happened to me there!

I’ll get straight to it. The employees were simply rude. I just needed a shellac manicure and they decided to take care of all the pedicures first (about five people that walked in after me). They did a horrible job. I had to come back and wait even longer for them to fix my nails.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Sandy Le cut me multiple times and decided she was gonna do my nails how she wanted. she cut my tip shorter than ever and didn’t even ask me before she cut it. Never payed attention to what she was doing and ignored me the whole time. so careless with the drill i was in pain the whole time. rushed me out. my sister got the same thing done and hers took double the time. the pedicure was rushed. overall horrible experience and will never recommend them to anyone!

I did not appreciate the roughness from the 1st second I sit down till I left.all nails not the same length. I had a new set put on.she didn't drill all She could off of old nail and tried to pull off. by the second nail I said you just lifted my own nail up.she broke the middle of my real nail off.then she decided to use the drill to get more of the fake nail off before pulling the rest off.very painful putting the powder over that open cut. She didn't finish behind the nail with the tiny drill bit to clean that out.im not a happy camper.dont use Sandy Lee there

Very good service! Everyone is so friendly and Sandy is always willing to get us in for an appointment! They have so many dip colors to choose from!
