First visit the new set looked wonderful. The first fill didn’t look nearly as nice. Soaked my nails off and returned a week later, new set was terrible. Asked for coffin nails. Two of them were shaped properly while the others had various versions. Nails were not smooth with each nail having many bumps and ridges. The young lady that did my nails was polite and kind but didn’t make any changes when asked if they could be smoother or filed to match one another in shape. Upon check out the owner also ignored my request and complimented the color of my nails.
Since I had liked the original full set and had a few people recommend this shop I returned ten days later for a fill. The owner came over while the gentleman was working on my fill. When she mentioned you’re back so soon I reminded her that I had left unhappy and again showed her the shabby work. She suggested I use shellac. Shellac would not be able to correct the noticeable bumps in my nails, nor the non matching shaping of each nail. This fill does appear a bit smoother but the shape is terrible and there are still ridges.
I give up. The owner didn’t make any attempt to remedy my shape or smoothness of my nails. The polish isn’t even, there is a gap at the cuticle on several nails, and the acrylic extends beyond nail bed on several. What a mess!

Loved!!! Never loved my nails more. I came from out of town and I wish I could fly here every time I wanted my nails done. Definitely recommend

Took my client in for a simple nail painting. No special polish was used at all. We were in the process of drying and the guy tried to rush us out while her nails were still wet, which resulted in her nails messing up and needing to be repainted. Then when i went up to pay she told me it was $15 when we have never been charged that much for a simple nail painting! She then pointed to the board where it listed the acrylic nails painting of $15 when we didn't even get acrylic nails of any kind! Definitely frustrated about the price when most other places we go charge $8 for a simple nail painting. To top it off she was unable to give me a receipt for the transaction because we paid with cash and not card. I just was not happy with this visit and we won't be back anytime soon.
