Just plain rude.
Went in to get a nail repair and she made a big deal about one nail, messed up had to do it again and didn't even say thank you.
Won't be returning, I rather travel to my original place.

My favorite absolute favorite. They try to really make you feel welcome and want to come back. Totally worth every dollar. I don't even mind if I wait a few minutes. Never walked out unsatisfied.

Did my nails and overall was not satisfied. The woman was very nice but the site seemed very unorganized. While doing nails communicating with others..picking up calls and writing things down on a note book. My nails came out crooked and some parts of my nail was not painted.

First time I came here was about four years ago. Seem like they have not changed. Went in today for a gel manicure by a female who sits in the front. She did a horrible job on my nails the are uneven and she didn't apply the same amount of polish on my nails. I have 3 nails that are way darker than the others and a few that doesn't even look like they have any polish. On top of that the shape of the nails are bad. This was a second chance and thats all they getting from me. I will look elsewhere. Overpriced for a half and horrible job.
