I found Dyanna Spa online through Google search. I went there to see if I could have an appointment for waxing and massage during the week. There was a vacant appointment in 20 mins and what can be done now, do now! Waxing was a quick and painless process! The massage was amazing, I really liked the clay masks and the brilliance application was perfect. Lana is good at what she does. I will definitely come back again and recommend this hidden treasure spa place to friends and family.

Dyanna Spa is an incredible place. I had my second facial treatment done for my sun damaged skin. I’m pleased with the result; my face is fresh and smooth. The staff is friendly, funny and helpful. Thanks, guys I highly recommend them.

Probably my worst waxing experience! Not only was the associate late, but when she finally arrived I still had to wait an additional 15 min before she even started. Then since she was late she was so rushed that she did a really bad job. It wasn't the cleanest place either and I'm pretty sure she double dipped on multiple occasions, once for sure.
All other things aside, what upset me most was the lack of professional business sense. I asked for hard wax on my bikini, but the associate preferred strip. So she used the hard wax once and went back to strip. Then they charged me for hard wax. Ha and had the audacity to ask me for a tip. Yea right! I won't be back!!!

Today 03/07/2019 was my first time getting a full leg, underarm and Brazilian wax. Lana was amazing fast and great conversation. The place is very clean. Lana I definitely will be coming back to see you. Will tip with cash instead of my card next time.

Dyanna Spa is the best place in Manhattan. As a new mom, I was working so hard, and my husband wanted to give me a treat. I came here for deep tissue massage, and I was impressed with the treatment I received from the staff. I'm much stronger.
