After trying to take off my acrylic nails myself by watching a YouTube video, I decided it wasn’t working and looked up to the nearest nail salon I could find. Google searched took me to this place. I called and requested an appointment for the first opening (expecting the next day) and she said to come on up and she will fix it! When I arrived, I was greeted and they started working on my nails. Tracy did such a beautiful job and I’m so thankful she got me in! She was personable and very nice! Nail Pro Salon really made an impression on me and I cannot wait to be back!

Went in for a gel manicure today and I couldnt have been happier with my experience. I was greeted and helped right away. I didn't get the lady's name but she was very nice and personable. My nails look great! I will definitely be back! Would certainly recommend them!

Flys were everywhere, I could smell people’s food being cooked. I asked for a peacock feather and Tracy did whatever she wanted whole different color and just a basic feather I showed her a pic of what I wanted and it looked way different. Another time I went for acrylic , and a nail on one of my fingers wasn’t removed and she expected me to walk out the door like that, it was very unsymmetrical I bet she wouldn’t want her nail like that. I had to ask her to start over and she did. They are nice just sometimes can be a little lazy.

Tracy does the best french tip gel nails!!! They last a long long time too! Competitive prices.

What a horrible experience!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I went in with a full set of nails on and requested a new set. I wanted the same shape same everything so Tracy could see what I wanted! She soaked them off and didn’t soak me very long and started peeling the nails off!!! I kept saying I was in pain but she said I have to do like this to get nail off. So we painfully got through that process and started putting on the new nails. She cut them way too short and I asked for longer she said she couldn’t do it. Ok whatever!! Well to top it off she puts the acrylic on and it’s not even. My nails look wavy. Just an absolute horrible experience!!! And it’s too bad because I’ve been going here for pedicures for three years and needless to say I won’t be back! I asked her for s refund she said no and was very upset when I asked!! I showed my nails to her and she just acted like nothing was wrong!!! So if you have acrylic nails DONT go here!!!! The first pic is what they should have looked like and the last two pix are what Tracy did!!! Very disappointed.
