Only had two techs working at 5:45pm. It took 20 minutes before my technician filled the water bowl for my pedicure and got started. The massage chairs are awesome and it is very quiet inside, so it was a welcomed quiet relaxing moment. They have a decent selection of colors, but several look mixed or like they tried to recreate a color that was running out. My pedi itself was pretty good, and the technician was attentive when she got to me.

I just received Nail services from Vicky this morning and I’m highly satisfied with the outcome. She went above and beyond and made my nails feel like royalty. The quality of care I was given today would’ve costed me a fortune and I paid half of that. If you’re looking for a new place to go to that has the upscale spa feel without overpaying come check out USA Nails & Spa Snellville location. You will not be disappointed and you will leave feeling the Queen/King that you are.

The technician in the first chair was very rough. She had the acrylic on my cuticles and had tje neeve ro ask me what it was. She also had my coffin shapes naila lopsided and lumpy. I do not recomend that spot.

If i could give zero stars I would. Today I went in for a full set and then decided to get a pedicure as well. The water in the foot tub was not even warm to say the least. The lady that was doing my pedicure didn't seem to really want to do it. Doesn't speak any English or very little English. I ask 3 different times for her to make the water a little warmer. She turned the hot water on and then turned it off very quickly as if she didn't care that the water wasn't warm. The guy that did my nails had an attitude because I inquired about prices. He was mad that my fingers on my left hand are not so straight. I can't help that. My nails are very thick and bulky and not even AT ALL. My toes look like I polished them at home by myself. I still payed for my service because I don't want them trying to think im try I g to get out of paying and call the police. I spent 60 bucks in this place today and not satisfied at all. I went home n took the polish off my toes and polished them myself. They look better than what I paid for. I will never visit this place again. Thumbs down.

Great customer service but very unprofessional they tack on additional fees but could not give me a reason why something that should have cost me 50 cost me 90 i will never ever go back
