First Visit : Love it! A young girl did my Dip Powder Manicure and she pulled in Jenny for the tough part which shows a great sense of responsibility towards their customers! I’m glad she didn’t experiment/learn while doing my nails.
I let them know my concerns of my previous experience elsewhere, where my manicure didn’t last even for a week, Jenny offered I can come back if anything happens and she would fix it for free.
Can’t wait for Visit 2!

This was my first visit to Metcalf Nail Lounge. My nail technician, Patty Vogt, was recommended by a friend and I had never had a pedicure. I, as a general rule, don't like my feet to be touched. She did a great job. The manicure was more of the same. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of either a manicure or pedicure.

This was the first time that I have visited Metcalf nail lounge and I was very impressed. My Nail Tech was Patty, and she did an excellent job!

I am new to this area and I have had my nails done for 20 plus years... saw this location and gave it a try... horrible!! I said from the beginning that I didn't want my nails to look round at all... I wanted square nails. That is what I have always had and wanted... the nail tech Megan did not deliver that... the shape of my left hand tips are d ifferent than my right
.. pretty much every nail is not the same length at all.. not even close. I am submitting pics to show what I mean. The fingers you see together, are the same finger on opposite hands. Horrible
