Before my visit today I would've honestly given this place 4 stars. They aren't the friendliest but in my last 4 months getting my nails done regularly, I've never waited long and I've not had a bad experience. Plus, I'm usually very busy and I have a hard time getting to the nail salon more than once every 3 to 4 weeks's and the fact that my nails are still going strong is a plus. That being said, today after walking in and 2 other ladies coming in behind me one lady was sat down before me. I immediately let her know I was first. So from there she proceeded to fix a couple nails that were broken and I had to ask a few times for them to be cut down (only the new nails, they were too long). She asked if i wanted the others cut and i said no. After she finished one hand ( filling, shaping acrylic) i realized they were just too long for me. So I asked if she'd cut them down. Her response was no I'm already finished. I filled and shaped them and I'm done. She then proceeded to work on my other hand telling me that she'd asked me once and that she was done. I really was shocked at the response. I was in no mood to argue and I just let it go. Please know I will never return. Today I spent a measly $22. Normally I go with my daughter and easily spend $80. They'll never get my business ever again. So pitiful that a business owner had the audacity. I'm no expert on business but I do know you keep customers happy any way you can. Best Pedicure I have ever received. No waiting for me. The massage chair was GREAT. Needs recovering. Fabric peeling. Massage functions were in high gear. Lee was very gentle. Does understand English. Very quiet, which I like. I ewil return again.

The manager was very rude and disrespectful! My little sister messed up her nails on accident and they repainted her nails. My sisters nails looked like an amiture did her nails. My mother did not like how her nails looked. The manager took off the nail polish and told my sister that she couldn’t come back to that nail salon anymore! And my mother told the manager to not talk to my sister in that manner. And the manager yelling at my mother across the salon! I will definitely not be back and the manager at this salon needs to be fired from her position!
