I called in advance 3:07pm to be exact I arrived exactly 12 minutes later. I waited over 2 hours to have my nails done which is why I originally came. I called and was told there was no wait. It was a wait so I decide to get my toes painted. It looked horrible just like last time. I came for the very 1st time about 10 days ago. I’ve lost 2 nails and they were rising 3 days later. Once again my toe polish was messed up twice just like the 1st visit. Anne placed 4 walk-ins in front of me while I waited for her you begin my fill in. They dont take their time with a customer. They will be helping multiple people at one time. It would've been nice to feel like they wanted your business.

THREE HOURS!? Horrible customer service. Takes them forever to complete anything. No smiles. No one speaks English. They just talk to each other in front of you the entire time and don't engage with you at all. Which none of this would matter if the quality was decent. I got the worst manicure and pedicure ever. My nails are uneven and they didn't even give me a manicure. Just pushed back my cuticles. I have also been here for an unreasonable amount of time. IT SHOULDN'T TAKE 3 HOURS to get a simple white paint on my toes and plain. Solid. Short acrylics

they used to much acrylic which made my nails lift up.. I only had them for 2 days
