So, the last few times I have gone, I have been less than impressed. This was at one time, my favorite spot to get my nails done...so, I didn’t want to say anything negative. This last visit, I had an amazing pedicure, and was talked into getting dip nails because of the condition my nails were in. I agreed to the $50 service. First of all, it took 2 hours to get the set. My pedicure was an hour (don’t mind that at all), but another 2 hours to get lumpy, uneven, crooked nails is where I have to draw the line. When I told the tech she applied the thumb tip crooked, she tried to make me believe it was straight. I wasn’t in the mood to argue about it, so I figured I would just file it out at home. Please keep in mind I am a licensed cosmetologist.... The color I chose was gorgeous, but when I left, I noticed spots where the color didn’t take. When the sun hit my nails, the lumps and dips were even more noticeable. I didn’t want Harry Potter wands for finger nails, but it’s what I got. After being there for 3 hours, I didn’t want to sit there any longer and left without verbalizing my discontent for the service. All I know is I won’t be returning. Yes, I did leave a tip for both techs, unfortunately. The pedicure deserved the tip, but definitely not for the dip nails. Ughhhh.

Been coming here for 9 years. They are great but the customers are rude and in your business. But they are great and so is the pricing. Can't beat them
