This place is a joke! Thai is so unprofessional. He would talk bad about his clients in front and behind them if HIS work is not great or the client is unhappy about it. It is never his fault. It is always the customers fault,he said it himself. Getting a hairy is fine, but if you want you hair colored, don't bother. You will NEVER get what you want. I was sitting in his chair for at least 5hrs and I heard 4 women complain about their hair color, I was the 5th that day.

This place was way better when it was LeTam Beauty school. I waited over an hour for a facial because two students were in the facial/waxing room , putting on makeup and doing their own thing while customers waited. I gave up and left. Another time my daughter had to wait over an hour for someone to cut her hair because the students on the floor at the time only cut men's hair wtf.
