I have had numerous massages from a variety of providers over the years in many different locations. I have never used a male massage therapist before which wasn’t a big deal to me but I know may make some woman hesitant. Mr Whitney was very professional and the massage was the best I have ever had. He focused on the problem areas and the aromatherapy was great! I will be back soon for another as I haven’t been able to move my neck and shoulders this well for a long time!

Checked in for my 11am appointment and they told me it takes about 45 minutes for makeup! Didn't have time to stay, I waited 19 minutes before she came up to me and said she thought she had time to do someone else's brows!! If I make an appointment and arrive, you honor that time!!

Very nice and clean. I love the environment and the energy this place gives off. Great workers and very polite people. It's easy to get to.

Used to go here for massages until my massage therapist quit.
Then I decided it would be nice to get my eyelashes and brows tinted so scheduled an appointment online. I picked someone with experience.
When I arrived I was simply told they had another person taking care of my service. I didn't think it would be that big of a deal as it isn't something complicated so I didn't object.
The girl was very sweet. The job was HORRIBLE. There were stains both under and on top of my eyelids. Looked awful. I asked and was given the cloth so I tried rubbing some off. I was told it would go away, and when I said there are stains UNDER my eyes, I was told they were out of the "things" they use for that (removing stains). Good grief.
After I got to my car I looked in the mirror and said to myself "I cannot believe I actually paid for that". Way to polite....
I had to drive home and work on getting the stains removed before doing errands as it looked awful. They came off so no reason to allow me to walk out looking like that. Get better removers.
Afterwards I receive a survey, I think that is good I can let them know. It turns out the person doing this service was "new talent" according to their survey, Despite the fact I picked a level 2 I was matched with someone new. I explained all that I am writing here, never heard from them though they had about a month now.
Will never set foot there again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sorry.

Sisters is always professional and polite. I've never gotten a bad cut. I've only ever gotten haircuts, but have had varying stylists do it for me. I've never been disappointed. You can trust them for a stable, quality experience at a competitive price.
