Went in on 3 separate occasions to get one single acrylic nail fixed because it wasn't put on properly. The whole piece of acrylic fell off. The 1st time I went in she said they didn't have time & to come back the next morning. I followed these instructions because I've been going here for years but never had an overly fabulous experience. Or overly negative experience. That next day she said that they didn't have the color I got at that salon... & to go by it from the beauty supply across the street. I then returned the next day at 10:30 to walk in & get this same nail fixed for her to tell me there was no time to fix a nail. They never gave me a time frame to come back. They never attempted to fix there mistake & took a walk in right after me because a chair had just opened up. Never going here again. They lost a very loyal customer

Not good at all. Wasted 50$ on some crooked lined nails, Tracy, the girl who did them was shaking bad and kept dropping things, kinda seemed like she was on some kind of drugs. She had to restart 3 times. She had to take off the whole shellac the first time she messed up on both detailed nails. She couldn't get the gold tape to stick either and resulted in crooked black lines. Never go here.

Good to just walk in some days and just get a seat right away. Great price for a Mani- Pedi. I usually trade off on Mani and then a Pedi another day.
Bring your own drinks. I do wish they offered drinks like they do away but old Nail place. Massaging chairs a plus. Waxing available. Right next to Fred Meyer's. Friendly people and professional.
