I'm shocked at the few poor reviews because Theresa is THE BEST! I happened to witness her patience and kindness with an extremely difficult client, so it makes me wonder about these bad reviewers. Anyway, Theresa does my pedis and I have to tell you that being able to relax and not worry if she's going to hurt me by cutting too close or messaging too hard is wonderful. Previous places would make me sit rigidly the whole time as I never knew what pain they would be causing. I'm so glad I found Theresa. Her prices are VERY reasonable and I would recommend her to ANYONE! One WARNING... make appointments waaay in advance as she stays very booked-up... which is a testament against nay-sayers ;-)

Theresa is awesome I love the way she takes care of me and does beautiful nails art work and I always get great compliments from others about my nails.

I went to Theresa not only waited 3 weeks for an appointment but paid 65$ for a full set of gel nails. Within one day I had 3 nails snap off and by the third day I'm missing another nail! I contacted her immediately letting her know and was given excuses and told oh it's my small nail beds! Oh really cause you didn't mention that while I was there?! Got my nails done on Friday here we are on thursday when I was told she would contact me by Wednesday. She never contacted me cause she was conveniently on vacation now.. so now it's thursday and she has the audacity to try to tell me she'll fix them at half price blah blah. Excuse me?? My nails didnt even last a week and u were on vacation so now you're gonna charge me again for nails you messed up in the first place?! Absolutely not & when I went in for a refund she not only wouldn't let me say anything about the nails just tried to tell me to leave but she had some old lady threaten me to leave and she put her hands on me! Absolutely disgusting this is a Despicable way to run a business and you should be ashamed of yourself!! You're a sad pathetic excuse for a nail technician/ business owner! You're trash.... and your work is complete trash

So the lady was nice but she didnt put a top coat, my nails were crooked, and i specifically asked to have her fix my cuticles.... lets just say the people are great but the service sucks. Even after the second day getting them done, they were chipping. Not going back.
