I've been going to Top Hair and Nails for years now, and we still love it. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are great. It's always better to make an appointment, but they do walk-ins when it's not crowded. My mom gets her eyelash extensions, and eyebrows waxed. We do manicures and pedicures regularly here. I've done 2 Brazilian blow outs and love it, and gotten our hair dyed. This is our go-to for all your beauty needs.

$10 for a good haircut in Silicon Valley...you can't beat that price. Very friendly place, free parking, and no appointment needed.

Yeah, I'm not sure I'd come back here. People are really nice but the Mani pedi was mostly a nail clean and paint job. Nothing more. Quite disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Wait time is minimal but if you have to wait. I suggest using their massage chair. It's $6 for 20 minutes. I am hooked.

The massage chair was removed. It was having too many mechanical issues.
