Greatest spa pedicure I have ever had. They assign you a little.locker to.hold your own.file so.you are not using a file used by others. Very clean and great care taken in sanitizing and cleanliness

I really like this place 😊 the women who runs it is very sweet and made sure my nails looked perfect. I appreciated her attention to detail and the good conversation. She also gave my mom a gift before I left. Will definitely be coming back to this place!!!!

I don't like writing bad reviews and only really post when I have something good to say but I had to write this. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Here is my experience. I walked in after I tried two other nail salons but they were closed on Monday's . This place was the first I found open and seeing how I was running short on time I went in. I was initially greeted from the end of the spa by someone performing a pedicure who told me to go pick my colors. I did so and then sat down and waited for about 15 min before I was seated. The girl that seated me was not the one doing my nails. Another girl came over and started doing my manicure (in the pedicure chair) after she threw a towel over my lap. Getting both sets of nails done at the same time is not only distracting but feels rushed and I felt like she kept messing up because she didnt have a table to stabilize my hand. She didnt soak my hands before ripping off my cuticle so it hurt quite a bit and some even bled slightly. Meanwhile the pedicure girl was struggling with my pants that seem to be going too low I asked her to put less water in to not get my pants wet. She then asked if she should cut my nails and I said yes. She asked about file I said yes and she told me its a dollar extra (wow I have to pay for a file at a nail salon?) She also noticed I didn't have flip flops (I came in flats straight out of work). She charged me another dollar for disposable flip flops.... Im really tall so I wear a size 11 shoe and when she gave me large flip flops they wouldn't fit. She started digging for the extra large looking uncomfortably at the manicure girl and talking in spanish (I know u are talking about me how rude I know my feet are big...) They continued to talk in spanish for the entirety of my service. When my gel manicure was done she asked me to soak my hands in liquid wax. I've never been asked to do that. She took my wedding rings off and asked her to be very careful with them. After she was done she took my rings and of course dropped them on the floor thank god she didn't lose them. After everything I went up front to pay and the girl checking me out thought it was appropriate to call me out on everything and give me "tips" She said that "next time I should wear loose pants and bring in flip flops. She also said to bring the file (They gave it to me) back because she thought I had nail fungus and she didn't want to use a file she would use on another person to not spread germs. I was outraged because ofcourse I do not have nail fungus!!! I dropped something on my foot which caused some blood build up and bruising under my nail NOT FUNGUS!!! Then she charged me 77 dollars mind you that is for regular gel and regular pedicure which is outrageous for the quality of service that I received. I didnt get any designs even though I specifically asked for some on my toes. Clearly she didn't understand when I was trying to talk to her. All in all terrible experience and would not be going back. Hopefully this mediocre manicure and pedicure will at least last longer than a week.
