There are seriously not enough stars that I can give this office. The Office staff is incredible. I specifically deal with Krystina & Brenda very often and they always go beyond the call of duty. Dr. Paige Norris is my PCP and she is definitely the best doctor that I have ever had. She takes her time to listen to my concerns and always addresses each one without rushing me. I truly feel like she cares. I have also seen Dr. Austin a few times and he is a great doctor as well. I also see the allergist, Alicia, at this office, and she is amazing as well. I have ZERO complaints about this Office and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good and thorough doctor's office and staff. Thank you all for the outstanding customer service that you guys provide!!

I have been going here for years and Paige Norris and the LADIES are the reason!! They are truly caring and take time to really listen. Previously, no one could figure out my diagnosis (autoimmune thyroid) but she did. She takes the time to care and these days that is rare! Brenda is always welcoming with a smile. Sara & Krystina are so comforting and sweet.

I've been going there for about 6 months now. Dr. Austin and Staffare pleasant in the office..
Now I guess when they go to lunch/after hours, it rolls to an on-call. I have spoke to a man and a woman and they both were extremely rude and when I tried to get clarification as to why I can't leave my number for them to call me back when they are next available, the woman sighed and hung up, and the man tried to explain and When I said thanks he just hung up as well.
Not the best customer service, I just hope I always reach them when they are in the office . The on-call support is garbage.

Fantastic doctor and staff. These guys have really gone the extra mile for my friends, family and patients. Very highly recommended!
